The scale of the project is the critical aspect in any of the housing projects. If it be an apartment, the idea is to put an emphasis on the Stilt and Ground Floor and produce a structure that is very human in scale and that has the feel of a single dwelling unit. The surrounding structures like the compound wall are given the emphasis so as to avoid void views to spaces such as the Stilt.
